Ingredients:
Ground meat
Bread crumbs
Eggs
Grana Padano cheese
Parsley
Salt
Pepper
Zia Rosa tomato puree
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix the ground meat, bread crumbs, eggs, Grana Padano, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into round meatballs and bake them in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes.
- In a pan, heat a bit of oil and add the Zia Rosa tomato puree.
- Cook the tomato sauce for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the meatballs to the tomato sauce and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Serve the meatballs hot, topped with plenty of melted mozzarella.
Tips:
- You can add other ingredients to the meatballs, such as provola cheese, ricotta, or grated vegetables.
- If you prefer, you can cook the meatballs in a pan with a bit of oil instead of baking them.
- For a more intense flavor, you can add a pinch of fresh basil to the tomato sauce.
